• 100% obedience standard on the 2-week board & train. Seven commands — including full off-leash Recall and Heeling — trained to hold around real-world distractions, and handed to you at a 2-hour turnover session.
• Free refresher for life on the 2-week board & train. If trained commands get rusty in the years ahead, we tune them back up — free.
• Defined command lists on every package. Each program page and our pricing page state exactly which commands your dog will learn — a checklist you can verify yourself at turnover.
• Published prices on all 15 packages. The price on the site is the price. The only possible addition is the disclosed 3.00% card surcharge at online checkout.
• Included equipment, in writing. Board & train and in-home advanced packages include the e-collar (waterproof, two-year warranty on the in-home package) — no surprise gear bills.
• An honest evaluation before therapy dog development. We assess your dog's capability before you commit — and we tell you the truth, even when the truth is "not this dog."
• Free phone consultations, always. Real advice from a real trainer before you spend anything.

What Our Guarantee Means — and What It Doesn't

Dog training is a partnership. We guarantee the training: the commands taught, the equipment provided, the turnover instruction, and the refresher support behind the 2-week program. Lasting results also depend on consistent handling and follow-through at home after turnover — a dog whose commands are never used will lose them, like any skill. That's why every program ends with you being trained, not just your dog.

Training outcomes vary by individual dog, age, temperament, and owner follow-through. Guarantee benefits — including the lifetime refresher — apply to the programs that state them, for the dog originally trained, and require completion of the full program including the turnover session.
